Program Description: Students take classes in the Palazzo dei Cerchi, a prestigious building in the historic center of Florence that dates from around 1280. The internal and external Palazzo was renovated in 2004. Its state-of-the-art classrooms and lecture halls are newly furnished and updated. The Florence Program and the Palazzo dei Cerchi are owned and operated by Kent State University.
Accommodations: Participants in the semester program live in apartments provided through Kent State. All apartments are fully furnished and located within the ancient city walls and within walking distance of the Palazzo.

Program Description: Tec de Monterrey is considered one of the best universities in Latin America. Although coursework is available in English, it is recommended that foreign studies students enroll in Mexican Culture and Spanish as a foreign language. The university provides support to its visiting international students with personal attention in housing assistance, airport pick-up, immigration paperwork, on-campus orientation, and extra-curricular field trips and excursions to other areas of Mexico.
Accommodations: You can choose to live with a host family, residence halls, or a shared apartment. Meals are included with host family stays.

Place your completed application and $500.00 non-refundable application deposit in a sealed

-- PSY elective “Psychology of Art”, satisfies LLT/SSC/PSY Jr/Sr elective for ALL majors (course could
be modified to satisfy a graduate elective). ***You must take the writing proficiency exam before 2018
summer semester begins.
Program Description: The Paris Summer Study Abroad Program is led by LTU faculty. It offers LTU
students the opportunity to explore the architecture, art, urban fabric, social fabric and everyday life of
this internationally renowned city. Participants are immersed in the rich history and culture of Paris. The
architecture and architecture-engineering studio projects will have Paris project sites. All Paris program
courses will use the city as a resource and living classroom. Guided walking tours, lectures, full-group
discussions and a collective field trip are part of the Paris Study Abroad Program. Students will also
have the opportunity to experience additional independent European travel during the month-long stay
in Paris.
Accommodations: Accommodations: Residence hall (students and faculty will stay in same facility)
Approximate 2018 Paris Program Costs (subject to change): $3,400, separate from LTU tuition costs.
Financial Aid Limitations: Regular academic year financial aid CANNOT be used for summer term classes. Students who qualify for summer term financial aid can take out additional federal student
loans. Students are strongly encouraged to seek out private loans, grants and scholarships on their own.
