Lilian Crum Assistant Professor, Graphic Design and Interaction Design
Lilian Crum's personal creative work and research investigates the relationship between digital and traditional tools in the art and design process. Crum's collaborative work through Unsold Studio focuses on brand and identity design for creative culture and the public good, and applies investigative creative techniques in client-oriented practice. She teaches Graphic Design and Interaction Design Senior Thesis, and directs a real-world, student-operated design studio, Woodward and Willis.
Anirban Adhya Associate Professor, Architecture and Urban Design
Anirban Adhya, through his teaching, writing, and service, focuses on the theoretical, conceptual, methodological and systemic dimensions of architecture in the city. Professor Adhya teaches Integrated Design, Urban Theory, History of Urban Form, and Research Methods as well as coordinates the Master’s Thesis program in the college. Adhya’s recent book, Shrinking Cities and First Suburbs: The Case of Detroit and Warren, Michigan, captures his interest in the evolving dynamics of the Detroit Metropolitan Area.
