Entrepreneurial Mindset

EML turns traditional engineering education on its head. Technical instruction is adapted to promote and encourage curiosity, discovery, developing insight, creating value, and capitalizing on the experiential path. LTU distinguishes its graduates by providing excellent technical skills curriculum combined with the ‘entrepreneurial mindset’ that cultivates curiosity, connections, and creating value.

The Kern Family Foundation founded this engineering pedagogical revolution. “Individuals need a mindset that adds ‘know-why’ to technical ‘know-how’ to contribute to the success of their colleagues and employers, as well as to create value for others (http://www.kffdn.org/entrepreneurial-mindset/)."
