LTU, Automation Alley offer robotics event for small manufacturers July 17

The LTU Collaboratory and Automation Alley have teamed up to bring the ARM Institute to Michigan for a program called “The Impact that Robotics and Automation will have on Small Manufacturers.” The event is being held on Tuesday, July 17 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the campus of Lawrence Technological University in Southfield.

The name change of the Lawrence Technological University College of Management – to the College of Business and Information Technology – will be effective Sunday, July 1, 2018.

New Economy Initiative awards grant to LTU for growth of small manufacturers, hardware startups

The New Economy Initiative (NEI) has awarded a one-year grant of $40,000 to the Lawrence Technological University (LTU) Collaboratory for the support of its accelerator program that will enable the growth for small manufacturers and emerging hardware startups in Southeast Michigan.
